金丹科技依照《聯(lián)合國(guó)企業(yè)與人權(quán)指導(dǎo)原則》以ESG管理要求建立供應(yīng)商商業(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則。

Jindan Technology has established the Supplier Business Code of Conduct following the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights， and the requirements of ESG management.

希望供應(yīng)商或業(yè)務(wù)伙伴支持并努力履行規(guī)定的要求，包括環(huán)境、社會(huì)和人權(quán)方面，以及在質(zhì)量和食品安全方面的期望。

It is expected that suppliers or business partners will support and strive to fulfill the specified requirements, including those in the aspects of the environment, society, and human rights, as well as the expectations regarding quality and food safety.

在本行為準(zhǔn)則中，凡提及 "供應(yīng)商 "時(shí)，均應(yīng)解釋為也指 "業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴"。

In this Code of Conduct, whenever the term "supplier" is mentioned, it shall be construed as also referring to "business partner".

二、質(zhì)量與食品安全 / Quality & Food Safety

1、質(zhì)量控制（Quality Control）

供應(yīng)商須建立符合ISO 9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的全流程質(zhì)量管理體系，確保原材料、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及成品符合中國(guó)GB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、FDA或歐盟法規(guī)（如適用）。

Suppliers shall establish a full-process quality management system compliant with ISO 9001, ensuring raw materials, production, and finished products meet Chinese GB standards, FDA, or EU regulations (if applicable).

提供每批次產(chǎn)品的檢測(cè)報(bào)告，并配合我司進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核與抽樣復(fù)檢。

Submit batch-specific test reports and cooperate with our on-site audits and sample re-inspections.

2、食品安全（Food Safety）

遵守《中華人民共和國(guó)食品安全法》，實(shí)施HACCP體系，確保無(wú)非法添加或交叉污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Comply with China’s Food Safety Law, implement HACCP systems, and eliminate risks of illegal additives or cross-contamination.

食品接觸材料需符合GB 4806系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并提供符合性聲明（DoC）。

Food contact materials shall comply with GB 4806 series standards and provide Declarations of Conformity (DoC).

三、反腐敗與誠(chéng)信 / Anti-Corruption & Integrity

1、反賄賂（Anti-Bribery）

禁止以現(xiàn)金、禮品、娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)等任何形式向我司員工、關(guān)聯(lián)方或政府官員行賄或提供不當(dāng)利益。

Prohibit bribes or improper benefits (e.g., cash, gifts, entertainment) to our employees, affiliates, or government officials.

如實(shí)記錄所有交易，不得偽造賬目或進(jìn)行“賬外交易”。

Maintain accurate transaction records; no false accounting or “off-the-books” transactions.

2、誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng)（Ethical Business）

確保報(bào)價(jià)真實(shí)透明，禁止串通投標(biāo)、商業(yè)欺詐或侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。

Ensure transparent pricing; prohibit collusive bidding, commercial fraud, or IP infringement .

保護(hù)我司商業(yè)秘密，未經(jīng)授權(quán)不得披露技術(shù)、配方或客戶信息。

Protect our trade secrets; unauthorized disclosure of technology, formulas, or customer data is prohibited.

四、社會(huì)責(zé)任與人權(quán) / Social Responsibility & Human Rights

1、用工規(guī)范（Labor Practices）

禁止雇傭童工（未滿16周歲）或強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)，遵守《勞動(dòng)法》關(guān)于工時(shí)、最低工資及社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的規(guī)定。

Prohibit child labor (under 16) or forced labor; comply with Labor Law on working hours, minimum wage, and social insurance.

提供安全的工作環(huán)境，定期進(jìn)行職業(yè)健康檢查。

Provide safe working conditions and regular occupational health examinations.

2、人權(quán)保障（Human Rights）

尊重員工結(jié)社自由，禁止性別、種族、宗教歧視。

Respect freedom of association; prohibit gender, racial, or religious discrimination .

對(duì)移民工人提供平等保護(hù)，確保其護(hù)照及證件不被扣押。

Ensure equal protection for migrant workers; passports and documents shall not be withheld.

五、環(huán)境治理 / Environmental Management

遵守《環(huán)境保護(hù)法》，取得排污許可證，控制廢水、廢氣、固廢排放符合GB 31571等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Comply with Environmental Protection Law; obtain discharge permits and control emissions (e.g., wastewater, exhaust) per GB 31571.

供應(yīng)商應(yīng)對(duì)其對(duì)氣候和環(huán)境的影響承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，并應(yīng)積極致力于減排和材料循環(huán)利用，以改善其業(yè)務(wù)和環(huán)境績(jī)效，從而保護(hù)氣候和環(huán)境。

The Supplier shall take full responsibility for its impact on climate and environment and shall proactively work towards emission reductions and circularity of materials to improve its business and environmental performance in order to protect the climate and environment.

制定碳減排計(jì)劃，優(yōu)先使用清潔能源（如太陽(yáng)能、生物質(zhì)能），年度碳排放數(shù)據(jù)需向我司報(bào)備。

Develop carbon reduction plans, prioritize clean energy (e.g., solar, biomass), and submit annual carbon emission data to us.

六、信息安全 / Information Security

建立數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)制度，防止客戶信息、生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)泄露。

Establish data protection policies to prevent leakage of customer information or production data .

與我司共享數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，須通過(guò)加密傳輸或簽署保密協(xié)議（NDA）。

Encrypt data transmissions or sign NDAs when sharing information with us.

七、申訴機(jī)制Grievance Mechanisms

供應(yīng)商必須向所有工人提供保密的投訴舉報(bào)途徑，并必須確保制定相關(guān)程序，以確保提出疑慮和真誠(chéng)直言的工人受到保護(hù)，免遭報(bào)復(fù)。

he Supplier must provide means for confidential complaint reporting to all workers and must ensure that processes are in place to ensure that workers who raise concerns and speak up in faith are protected from retaliation.

供應(yīng)商可通過(guò)金丹科技的合規(guī)舉報(bào)熱線或二維碼提出任何有關(guān)金丹科技工作人員任何與法律或金行為準(zhǔn)則有關(guān)的不當(dāng)行為。

Suppliers can report any improper conduct of Jindan Technology's employees related to laws or Jindan's Code of Conduct through Jindan Technology's compliance hotline or QR code.

八、公司治理 / Corporate Governance

供應(yīng)商董事會(huì)或管理層須設(shè)立反腐敗、ESG專項(xiàng)監(jiān)督機(jī)制，并定期公開(kāi)治理報(bào)告。

Establish board-level anti-corruption and ESG oversight mechanisms, and publish governance reports periodically.

發(fā)生重大訴訟、行政處罰或股權(quán)變更時(shí)，需在5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)書(shū)面通知我司。

Notify us in writing within 5 working days of major litigation, administrative penalties, or ownership changes.

九、監(jiān)督與執(zhí)行 / Compliance & Enforcement

我司有權(quán)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核、第三方評(píng)估或文件抽查監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商合規(guī)性。

We reserve the right to conduct on-site audits, third-party evaluations, or document reviews to monitor compliance.

嚴(yán)重違規(guī)行為（如質(zhì)量造假、賄賂）將立即終止合作，并追究法律責(zé)任。

Material violations (e.g., quality fraud, bribery) will result in termination and legal action.

本行為準(zhǔn)則規(guī)定的義務(wù)是金丹科技與供應(yīng)商之間任何合同規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商其他義務(wù)的補(bǔ)充。

The obligations under this Code of Conduct are additional to the Supplier’sother obligations pursuant to any contract between Jindan Technology and the Supplier.

對(duì)于供應(yīng)商向金丹科技交付的任何貨物，無(wú)論雙方之間的任何合同是否終止或到期，本行為準(zhǔn)則規(guī)定的義務(wù)均繼續(xù)有效。

The obligations under this Code of Conductshall continue in force in respect of any deliveries fromthe Supplier to Jindan Technology , regardless of the termination or expiry of any contract between the parties.
